Petersfield Village is a great opportunity to make money and or expand your hobby into a fruitful business. There are a number of options available to you which we have listed below. Putting it simpley, you rent space from us. There are a few options to consider. Shops, Floor spaces, Wall spaces, Cabinets. The staff at Petersfield ‘man’ the site so there is no need for you to be here every day, you can be assured that we will be here to take any orders that are sold in your area.
HOW IT WORKS – CHARGES
Rent:
Shops: £350 per month
Selling Floor Spaces: 3m x 3m approx. £150 per month
Cabinets Upper: £45 per month
Cabinets Lower: £35 per month
Commision
There is a 10% commission on every item sold. This covers admin, credit card charges and packaging.
Shops – £350pcm (+ electricity)
‘When you take on a shop you have all the benefits of owning a shop without having to ‘man’ it. You can decorate your shop as you wish. If you would like to be added to our ‘interested’ list please contact us.

Floor Spaces – £150 pcm
When you own a floor space, you can decorate the stand as you wish, you may cover the floor area with rugs, furniture lamps, works of art . . the only limits are your imagination. If you would like to be added to our ‘interested’ list please contact us.

Cabinets – Upper £45 / Lower £35 pcm
Cabinets are lockable cabinets, ideal for selling precious metals, gold, silver, coins or anything slightly more fragile that you would prefer the general public not to handle. If you would like to be added to our ‘interested’ list please contact us.
When choosing whether to have a lower or upper cabinet, there are a couple of issues to consider. Upper cabinets are preferable from a sales aspect as some customers prefer not to stoop to view. If you would like to be added to our ‘interested’ list please contact us.
